Qamar Oudeh, an ambitious young woman from Nablus Governorate, began her journey in 2017 by establishing a home-based project specializing in organizing and decorating events and weddings. With a strong determination to grow her venture, she later sought to develop and expand her business. She turned to ROWWAD FOUNDATION, where she obtained financing that enabled her to enhance and scale her project, as well as procure the necessary materials for its operation. As a result, her project’s income improved, and she was able to create employment opportunities for young people from the Nablus Governorate.
